TRAVEL LEAGUE SCHEDULE AND RULES 2022-23

3/12/23 HIGHLIGHTS -- PERRY 2 TEAM FINISHES IN FIRST PLACE

The Perry 2 claimed the 2022-23 Genesee Region Youth Travel League championship by splitting 40 points with Perry 1 on the final regular season session at Perry Bowling Center. Perry 2 won the title by 18 points over Perry 2 with a 215-105 record.

Members of the first-place team are Mason Herman, Gavin Slocum and Allie Faryna.

Individually, Ben Sputore of Mancuso's had the high game and series -- 244 and 593, while Faryna led the girls with a 190 game and 528 series.

Sputore finished with a 193 average, 278 high game and 639 high series to lead the league in all categories. Faryna topped the girls' list with a 160 average, 200 game and 542 series (minimum of 16 games to qualify).

The league banquet is set for 12:30 p.m. April 16 at Mount Morris Lanes. A singles no-tap tournament will offer scholarships to the high scorers in boys and girls divisions. Pizza and refreshments will be available. Contact Dan Santini at 738-0032 for more information.
